The correct use of the thermal circuit involves:
- Alternating between hot and cold; in other words, going step by step between the pools with hot water, the sauna, the thermal bath or the Turkish bath with intervals of 5 or 10 minutes and then soaking completely, including the head, in the 10º C pool.
- Each step will last between 5 or 10 minutes of heat and then soaking in cold water, repeating each element as many times as you wish before moving on to the next one, but without forgetting the alternation heat/cold.
